  • All you have to do is provide us with your friend’s information (name, email, and phone number). You can email or WhatsApp the details to us. From there, we’ll be in touch with the person you’ve referred, and keep you posted when they decide to join the WanderLoft community.

  • Yes! We will reach out to your friend and invite them to come in for a tour to get a feel of the space for themselves. We will also share with them more details on what makes WanderLoft so great and how our memberships work.

  • Current members are eligible to refer any friends/colleagues/acquaintances who are searching for an awesome workspace! Only current members cannot be referred.

  • Your referrals must join a monthly membership plan and commit to at least 6 months to be eligible for the Referral Program.

  • Referral fees are calculated based on Contract Value, which is the Membership Fee * Commitment Period. For example, if your referral joins a Hot Desk plan at HK$1,200/month with a 6-month commitment, their contract value equals HK$7,200. You will receive 5% of the referral’s contract value with the capped amount listed in the table above.

    The reward will be credited to your monthly invoice after the new member has completed six months of their membership.

  • There is absolutely no limit and you can invite as many friends as you want. You earn rewards for each and every friend who signs up for active membership. The longer their commitment period, the more rewards you earn!

  • Subject to these Terms and Conditions, WanderLoft will compensate our members for each qualified referral that leads to the execution of a WanderLoft Membership Agreement in Hong Kong. This Referral Program is eligible to current WanderLoft members only.

    QUALIFIED REFERRAL
    A qualified referral means any entity introduced by the referring party (“you”) to WanderLoft that signs a WanderLoft Membership Agreement (an “eligible agreement”). To be considered a qualified referral, these entities or the Primary Members of such entities: (a) must not be a current or previous member of WanderLoft; (b) must not have previously contacted WanderLoft with respect to the services WanderLoft offers or otherwise been referred prior to your submission of your referral in the ninety (90) days prior to your submission; (c) must sign an eligible agreement no later than one (1) month from the date of your submission; and (d) must not be (i) a subsidiary of the entity providing the referral, (ii) an entity with the same parent entity as the entity providing the referral or (iii) an entity in which you are an employee, partner, or owner of a controlling interest. In the event we receive duplicate referrals with respect to the same entity (including when one referral is from a broker), we will honor the one we receive earliest unless an exclusive agreement exists between the referred entity and a broker.

    REFERRAL REWARDS
    If the qualified referral is for a monthly membership and the term of the executed WanderLoft Membership Agreement is at least six (6) months, WanderLoft will give the eligible referrer a one-time billing credit equivalent to 5% of the referral’s contract value with the maximum capped amount listed in the table above. The contract value is calculated using the details laid out in the executed WanderLoft Membership Agreement. If the qualified referral is for a Private Office, the referral will receive a discount for the first month of their membership. WanderLoft will give the new referral a special discount for the first month of their membership.

    PAYOUT
    For each qualified referral, the credit(s) for both the Referrer and Referral will be delivered or processed as applicable on the monthly invoice for the billing period after the new member completes six months of their membership. Provided that, in each case, the newly-referred WanderLoft member has paid all amounts that are due and payable by it under its eligible active agreement prior to the date that the rewards and/or credits are to be made.

    COMMUNICATION
    All communication regarding the rewards and/or credits noted above and the timing of their delivery shall be made by and with your WanderLoft Manager, provided that no communications made by such Manager, especially regarding the validity of a referral, shall be considered binding on WanderLoft until the date such applicable rewards and/or credits noted above are made.

    MISCELLANEOUS
    WanderLoft reserves the right in its sole discretion to make any determination under these Terms and Conditions, including, without limitation, the determination of your eligibility and that of the qualified referral. By referring qualified referrals, you will not be deemed to be an employee of WanderLoft and you will not act as an agent of WanderLoft nor are you entitled to make any commitments on behalf of WanderLoft. WanderLoft reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
